We Don't Just Prepare Students. We Solve Problems for Entire Programs.

MedEdPrep started because one educator couldn't find the tools his students needed, so he built them.

Today, we partner with state agencies, trauma commissions, and 300+ EMS programs nationwide to solve the problems that keep program directors up at night: pass rates, compliance, remediation, clinical tracking, and everything in between.

If you have a problem, call us. We will make it happen.

Built From the Classroom Up

I was an EMS educator who couldn't find questions that challenged my students the right way. So I wrote them. Then I built a platform around them. The Georgia Trauma Commission contracted us for statewide competency evaluations, and now over 300 programs nationwide trust MedEdPrep to prepare their students.

Our Team

We're a small team that moves fast, built from people who've worked in EMS education, state oversight, and ed-tech. Everyone here has done the job our users do.

MedEdPrep co-founders Jeramey Ricks and Stephen Molineaux

Our Founders

Founded by Jeramey Ricks and Stephen Molineaux, MedEdPrep started in a classroom and grew into a platform trusted by 300+ programs nationwide.

Jeramey built the first question bank because nothing on the market challenged his students the right way. Stephen Molineaux brought the operational expertise to scale it. Together, they turned a classroom side project into the platform the Georgia Trauma Commission contracts for statewide competency evaluations.

Led by People Who Know the System

Our team includes former state officials who oversaw EMS program designation. They know what evaluators look for because they used to be the evaluators.

Built by People Who Ship

Our developers, content creators, and support team work alongside educators every day. When a program has a problem, we fix it. Usually the same week.

What We Believe

Better Tools, Not More Tools

Every feature exists because an educator asked for it. We don't build things to check a box.

Outcomes Over Opinions

We measure what matters: pass rates, competency, time saved. If we can't show results, we haven't done our job.

Access Is Non-Negotiable

Every high school EMS program in the United States gets free access. No grant applications, no hoops. Just reach out.
